This website is operated by Glitoris - 59 228 996 324 of #1100/10 Albert Ave Broadbeach, QLD 4218. Glitoris ("Glitoris Australia Online", "we", "us" or "our") provides the services available on the Site to you in accordance with the following Terms and Conditions.

At Glitoris we understand the importance of your privacy and your concerns about the security of your personal information. We take your privacy seriously. Please review our Privacy Policy for more info on this. This privacy policy also forms a part of these Terms and Conditions and governs your visit to the Site.
Customer eligibility
To be able “Eligible” to purchase cosmetics “Goods” on this Site and to lawfully form contracts on this Site under English law as a customer you must: (a) provide your contact and address details on the Site; and (b) be the holder of a valid debit/credit card or paypal account.
Language
This Terms and Conditions agreement shall be concluded in English.
Website uptime
We’ll do our best to prevent any delays or interruptions to the website, but we cannot promise that the website will be available at all times. We may stop the operation of part of the website or all of it, at any time and without telling you. However, we will not be responsible for any loss, cost, damage or liability that may arise as a result.
Warranty
All material on the website is provided to you without warranties of any kind, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for purpose. We do not warrant that the website or the website server are free of viruses or any other harmful components.
Product descriptions

Information may be out of date or become out of date. Although we aim to keep the Site as up to date as possible, the information including product descriptions appearing on this Site at a particular time may not always reflect the product exactly at the moment you place an order.
Purchase Related Policies
Personal use only
The products and services available on the Site, and any samples thereof we may provide are for your personal use only. You may not resell any of the products or services, or samples you purchase or receive from us.
Our right to cancel your order
If we reasonably believe that your completion of your order may result in the violation of our Terms and Conditions we may, in our sole discretion, with or without notice, cancel or reduce the quantity of your order.

These terms and conditions include the additional policies related to orders placed through this Site “Privacy Policy,” “Returns Policy,” and “Shipping Policy.”
Placing an order process and acceptance
On the Site you are given a series of simple instructions that guide you through the process of placing an order. Prior to order acceptance you will be offered the opportunity to review your proposed order and either confirm or correct it. You place your order request for goods from the Site by clicking on the “Buy” button after the review order section and at the end of the process.
Once you have placed your order, we will send to you an email to confirm we have received your order. This will provide you details on the total dollar value of your order, which at this point has been debited to your credit/debit card or PayPal/AfterPay account.
Unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, our acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place when we have dispatched the goods ordered by you. To cancel your order after it has been dispatched to you, you will need to follow the Returns Policy.

Sometimes we may not accept your order if an item is out of stock, we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment, we suspect fraudulent activity, if there is a violation of these Terms and Conditions (including our Privacy Policy) or if we identify an error of any kind.
If we are unable to fulfill your order following our order acknowledgement, we will contact you by email advising you of this.
Prices
All prices of products on the Site are inclusive of GST (where applicable) at the current rates and are exclusive of delivery charges. The total cost of your order is the price of the products you are ordering in addition to any postage charges as set out in the shipping section of the Site.
Payment
On the site you can pay using a Debit Card, Credit Card, PayPal or Afterpay. When you pay you confirm that the credit card, debit card, PayPal or Afterpay account that is being used belongs to you.
As a standard procedure all credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If for any reason the issuer of your payment method refuses or does not authorise payment to us, whether in advance or subsequent to a payment, we will not be liable for any delays or non-delivery.
Using Afterpay you can pay for your order over 4 equal fortnightly instalments and there is no interest or added fees. Payment will be automatically taken from your debit or credit card in four equal payments each fortnight, and you will receive your order immediately.
Title to Goods
We will retain the legal ownership of the Goods until full payment for the Goods is received and the dispatch of the goods occurs. Legal ownership of the Goods will immediately revert back to us if we refund any such payment to you.
Risk of loss
The risks of loss associated with the goods will pass to you upon delivery to you.
Shipping + delivery
We will deliver the goods in accordance with the delivery option selected by you during the order process. See shipping + delivery for more info. Any delivery times estimated on this website and in other locations are indicative only. To the extent permitted by law, we do not accept any liability for delayed delivery caused by any third party. Orders may also be delivered in one or more parts.
Inspection and acceptance of Goods
Upon receipt, you should inspect the Goods you have purchased. You will be deemed to have accepted the Goods as is unless you notify us that you would like to return the goods in accordance with the Returns Policy.
If no such action is taken, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be obliged to accept any rejection of the goods at a later date.
Intellectual property
The content and design of this website is all subject to copyright, which we reserve and own (or use under licence from someone else). All content available on the Site, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, and the compilation thereof (collectively, the "Content") is the property Glitoris.
The trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the Site (collectively, the "Trademarks") are the registered and unregistered marks of Glitoris. All other Trademarks not owned by us, our affiliates, partners or licensors that appear on the Site are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by us.
Content, the Trademarks, nor any other portion of the Site may be used, reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, accessed, modified, or otherwise exploited, in whole or in part, for any purpose without our prior written consent.
Your browser (by its usual system operation) may make a temporary copy of the website (caching), and that’s fine by us. Also, to the extent we allow you to share parts of this Site via social media, please feel free to do so. You must provide true, accurate and up-to-date information and you warrant that the personal information which you are required to provide when you register as a customer is true, accurate and current in all respects.
You are responsible for ensuring that the personal information you provide to us is up to date. If your personal information changes, then please notify us immediately by contacting realpeople@glitoris.com. Alternatively, you can update your details through your account page.
Passwords
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for taking all reasonable measures to prevent unauthorised access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
If you have reason to believe that your password has become known to somebody else, or is likely to be used in any way that is unauthorised by you, you should contact us immediately. If you forget your password we will reset it upon your request and send it to the email address, which you specified when you registered.
Cancellation of your account
Your account can be cancelled at any time by contacting realpeople@glitoris.com.au.
If you violate these Terms and Conditions or if we reasonably decide it would be in MAC Australia Online's best interests to do so. We reserve the right to refuse service and/or terminate accounts without prior notice.

Disputes
Your use of this Website and any purchase by you of any goods from Glitoris shall be governed by the laws of Queensland and Australian law and the parties hereto submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
